Prices
We do have a minimum fee per page: 30 USD. However, this is just an orientative price and various factors shall be taken into consideration before setting a final price and / or proceeding with a translation process. Preferred method of payment is via PayPal or Alipay, using major credit cards, as well as Western Union.
Our pricing for translation and localization projects are determined by several factors:
• Language combination
• Number of source words
• Complexity of the subject matter
• Project duration

Payment & Billing
For projects under $800: Full payment is required in advance unless otherwise agreed.
For projects over $800: We require 50% payment upfront and the remaining 50% upon delivery of the final product. If you have established credit or good payment history with us, we can bill in arrears on a monthly basis.
We accept payment in USD, RMB, EUR and HKD. If you wish pay with another currency, please discuss with us in advance.

Quality Guarantee
We have designed a unique working process that integrates translation, proofreading and quality assurance. This comprehensive approach enables us to speed up the localization of your project, handling large volumes efficiently while catering to linguistic and cultural demands. Our products have always met or exceeded our clients' expectations. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied and feel that the translation is not up to industry standards, we will arrange the service of a mutually acceptable third party translation quality audit.
If the audit concludes that our work fails to meet the industry standard, we will select and pay for a mutually acceptable third party to fulfill your original translation request.
We use SDL Trados Studio 2009/2011 on a regular basis and due to our flexibility we can also execute projects in an older version (SDL Trados 2007). This solution enables us to manage all the steps of a translation process successfully and thus offer the best translation services in the market.
